I provide professional coaching services, including one-to-one sessions, group sessions, and workshops.

Coaching is focused on personal and professional development. Results vary for each client; no guarantees are made. I do not provide professional advice outside my expertise (e.g. medical, legal, or financial).

② Sessions, Fees, Payment

Session details, fees, and schedules are confirmed in your intake form and/or booking confirmation.

Payments must be paid in full as agreed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

Please give at least 12 hours' notice.

③ Confidentiality& Data Protection

All information shared during coaching is confidential.

I collect personal data only via intake form (also known as coaching agreement and/or coaching signup), and solely to provide coaching services. Personal data is stored securely and will not be shared without consent, except where required by law

You are responsible for your own physical and mental well-being during coaching sessions. I follow professional health and safety standards, but I am not liable for any health-related incidents.
